Terms of Service

By becoming a member of The XL Gym, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Pay all membership fees on time according to your chosen plan
• Follow all gym rules and regulations
• Respect other members and staff
• Use equipment properly and safely
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payments must be made in advance for the membership period
• Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges
• We reserve the right to change membership fees with 30 days notice
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation:

• Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation
• Annual memberships are non-cancellable but may be transferred
• Diamond (5-year) memberships are non-cancellable and non-transferable

Membership Freeze:

• Members may freeze their membership for medical reasons with doctor's note
• Maximum freeze period: 3 months per year
• Freeze requests must be submitted 7 days in advance

• Proper athletic attire and closed-toe shoes required at all times
• Members must bring their own towels and water bottles
• Equipment must be returned to proper storage after use
• No photography or videography without prior permission
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• The gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to:

• Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• Inform staff of any medical conditions or injuries
• Use equipment at your own risk
• Release The XL Gym from liability for injuries sustained on premises
• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff and trainers
