Delete your TheXL Gym account

You can request permanent deletion from the app or by email, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Send a deletion request

  1. 1.Use the email address or phone number registered to your account.
  2. 2.Email us with the subject “TheXL Gym account deletion request”. Include your full name and registered mobile number, but never send your password or OTP.
  3. 3.Complete the ownership check sent by our support team.

What happens next

  • Your TheXL Gym app account and sign-in credentials
  • Profile and contact information linked to the account
  • Workout, attendance, nutrition and body-composition data that is not legally required
  • Uploaded profile photos and documents that are not subject to a retention obligation

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited invoices, payment records, security logs or audit records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention or security purposes. Retained records are access-restricted and removed when the applicable obligation ends.

Submitting a request does not immediately cancel a membership, issue a refund, or delete records before ownership and retention checks are complete.

Delete from the Android app

While signed in, open Profile, choose Delete Account & Data, type DELETE, and submit the request. The app records a request reference; it does not perform an immediate database deletion. This page remains available if you later uninstall the app or cannot sign in.
